I have been working as a real estate broker since 2021. My goal is to minimize the amount of people, especially single mothers, in my area Flint, MI that are homeless due to the stuggles of past rental history. I tend to focus primarily on those who have poor rental history and are looking for 2nd chance at renting. Evictions? Court Judgements? Employment Issues? No WORRIES! Below are several packages that I offer.

Bronze I & II

$575 - $650

The Bronze I package ($575) is designed specifically for people who only suffer with poor rental history. This package includes application assistance, & Credit Assistance. The requirements are NO FELONIES, you must be employed for longer than 6 months. You must make at least $2500 a month or more to qualify for homes.

Bronze II package ($650) is designed exactly the same as Bronze I, except for employment. You do not have to meet the income requirements, I assist with that.

These packages guarantee approval for all homes that are not based off CREDIT SCORE. (Credit History and Credit Score are 2 different things.) Move in within 30 days of purchase for both.

Silver I & II

$1,000 - $1,200

Silver I ($1,000) is the equivalent of Bronze I; with the addition of a guaranteed 600 plus credit score. Allowing for more housing opportunities in more or better-quality places. Required to have employment of 6 months or more with a minimum of $2500 a month income.

Silver II ($1,200) is the equivalent to Bronze II & offers the same benefits as Silver I except there are no requirements for employment they come with the package.

These packages Guarantee approval for all homes that have a credit score requirement of 600 minimum as well as homes with no credit score requirements. Move in within 3-6 weeks. DEPOSITS on homes may vary! approval guaranteed low deposit is not.

GOLD

Minumum $1500 and up

Gold package offers everything for Silver 2 with a higher credit score. This offers higher value homes such as RENT TO OWN homes. Guaranteed low deposits on credit based homes . I also offer a 1 hour training session on how to boost and maintain credit scores and unlimited application assistance.

Subcontracted Rental Homes (Unavailable Until Further Notice)

With subcontracted homes, you have the fastest chance of move in. I complete 3-6 home applications for my clients, most of the time every application is approved. After choosing what home they want, they may subcontract the other approvals and allow someone to pay them a fee to receive their approval.

This is for people who don’t struggle with evictions or income, you really just struggle with getting approved or even just finding a home I can help! Starting at $100

A La Carte

  • Payroll (Proof of employment) starting at $75 Per Month Bi Weekly pay only.

  • Rental History (1 Year Ledger) $50

  • Assistance with basic Rental Application Approval (income included) starting at $200, company application fee’s not included. Move-In Costs are not included.
